Returns & Exchanges

Perfumes fall under hygiene-sensitive products and are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

However, as a special customer-first initiative, EONX Perfumes offers a 3-Day Return Policy under strict conditions.

Eligibility for Return (Within 3 Days of Delivery)

Returns will be accepted only if:

l Only 1–2 test sprays have been used

l Product is in original condition

l Perfume level is almost full

l Original box, cap, labels & packaging are intact

l No leakage, damage, or tampering

Returns not meeting these criteria will be declined.

Shipping Deductions for Approved Returns

Approved returns (excluding damaged/defective cases) will incur shipping deductions:

Damaged, Defective, Wrong or Missing Item

We offer a free replacement if the product is:

l Damaged / broken

l Leaking

l Incorrect item received

l Missing items

l Tampered packaging

Mandatory Requirement

A full unboxing video is required showing:

l Sealed package

l Entire opening process

l Issue clearly visible

l No cuts or edits

Report within 48 hours of delivery

Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.

Customer-Side Delivery Issues

Shipping charges (forward + return) will be borne by the customer if delivery fails due to:

l Incorrect address or pincode

l Unreachable contact details

l Customer unavailable

l Refusal to accept the parcel

Refunds

l Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection

l Credited to the original payment method

l Bank/UPI timelines may vary

l If not received within 15 business days, contact support

Failed Transactions

If payment fails but money is deducted:

l Refund is auto-initiated by the bank

l Timeline: 3–7 working days

Cancellations

l Orders cannot be canceled once shipped

l Pre-dispatch cancellations may be considered if not packed

Serviceability

Currently, EONX Perfumes ships within India only.

Right to Refuse

EONX Perfumes reserves the right to refuse returns if:

l Time limits are exceeded

l Usage exceeds allowed testing

l Packaging is missing/damaged

l Policy misuse is detected
